In Florida we have bloated voter rolls. How do we know this? In 2021 Defend Florida embarked on an effort to canvas the voter rolls here in Florida. I was on a team in Santa Rosa County along with some really great Patriots. We did lots of door knocking and ended up with over 500 affidavits stating that the people assigned to the address on record with Santa Rosa County Elections office did not live there and some haven’t lived there in 20 years or more. Defend Florida ended up getting 5000 affidavits statewide.
Defend Florida was successful in helping change voter maintenance laws, Stat. 98.065. See previously written post “Florida Senate Bill SB 7050”. What most people don’t realize, is even if the Statutes are changed, SOE’s statewide do nothing until the Florida Department of Elections write or rewrite the rules associated with that statute. For an example, when SB 524 changed Stat. 98.065 to send out a final notice to a voter not responding to an initial notice after 30 days. The SOE’s did nothing because even though the law took effect January 1st, 2023, the rule 1S2.041 was never changed by the Florida Department of Elections and Cord Byrd. Fast forward to May 2023 and the Florida Legislature removed that part of the statute and we are right back where we started in 2021. It’s obvious now Cord Byrd, all Florida Supervisor of Elections have no intention of cleaning Florida’s voter rolls.
The curious question is why would they want to do that? Florida law intentions are to clean voter rolls right? Not so fast. You have to go back in history to find the true intent. Our previous article on Albert Sensors gives you insight on what they’re supposed to do. I believe our government’s intentions were to intrude into our Election Systems and take control of them. This may explain all the anomalies Florida Republican Assembly Election Integrity Leader Kris Jurski has found in our Florida voter rolls.
